1. Service Agreement
By booking a service with Mithra Home Tech Pvt Ltd, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Service requests are subject to technician availability
- Service charges are as per the published rate card
- Additional charges may apply for spare parts and components
- All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
2. Booking and Cancellation
Booking:
- Service bookings can be made through our website, mobile app, or phone
- A confirmation will be sent via SMS/Email with technician details
- We strive to provide same-day service based on availability
Cancellation:
- Customers can cancel service up to 2 hours before the scheduled time
- Late cancellations may incur a nominal charge
- We reserve the right to cancel service in case of unavoidable circumstances
3. Service Warranty
We provide the following warranty coverage:
- 100-Day Warranty: All genuine spare parts come with a 100-day warranty
- Service Warranty: 30-day warranty on service work performed
- Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse or external factors
- Warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period
- Warranty is void if the appliance is serviced by unauthorized persons after our service
4. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of service
- We accept cash, UPI, credit/debit cards, and online payments
- A detailed invoice will be provided for all services
- Prices quoted are valid for the service date only
- Service charges are non-refundable once service is completed
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about the appliance and issue
- Ensuring technician has access to the appliance
- Providing a safe working environment
- Being present or having an authorized person during service
- Informing us about any specific requirements or restrictions
6. Liability and Limitations
- Mithra Home Tech is not liable for pre-existing defects not reported
- We are not responsible for data loss from electronic appliances
- Our liability is limited to the service charges paid
- We are not liable for delays due to factors beyond our control
- Customers should backup important data before service
7. Spare Parts and Components
- We use genuine and compatible spare parts
- Spare parts come with manufacturer's warranty where applicable
- Replaced parts become property of Mithra Home Tech
- Part prices may vary based on market conditions
- Availability of parts is subject to stock
8. Service Limitations
We reserve the right to:
- Decline service requests for appliances beyond economical repair
- Refuse service in unsafe or unsuitable conditions
- Terminate service relationship for violation of terms
- Modify service charges with prior notice
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of Coimbatore courts. We encourage customers to contact our customer service team first to resolve any concerns amicably.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, mobile app, and marketing materials is the intellectual property of Mithra Home Tech Pvt Ltd and is protected by copyright laws.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
